Hi, I’m Daniella

Daniella Smith is a single mom of 2 boys (Hunter 13 and Sawyer 8). She is NAC’s 3rd employee. Daniella, or Dani as she is called by her family, started working part time for NAC in May 2016 after the birth of her 2nd son. She started helping Morgan chase down tear sheets and assisted with recruitment reports. Currently Daniella assists with the recruitment process, files the I-129 petitions, and manages our scanned E-Files. Her attention to detail (along with her OCD) makes her the perfect person to handle those tasks.
Daniella has a criminal justice degree and recently graduated with her accounting degree with a certificate in bookkeeping. Daniella worked as a 9-1-1 communicator for several years and enjoys serving people. She is the first one to jump in and assist with a charity yard sale, PTO fund raiser, or anything else that helps make others’ lives better.
When clients call the office, Daniella is the one that is most often thought to be Theresa. Many times a client has asked her if she really is Theresa playing a joke on them.
Staying Busy
When not working with NAC, volunteering or keeping books for several local employers. Daniella spends her free time with her boys. If you look up Boy mom in the dictionary you will find a picture of her I’m sure.
From Baseball, to hunting and fishing, she is right beside them, raising them to be outstanding young men. She also enjoys reading, making and giving gifts to her loved ones, playing music bingo, being lazy, and hanging out with friends and family. When we have Sunday dinners at Theresa’s she is the first to arrive to chip in and help, and the last one to leave.
Daniella hopes to one day own her own bookkeeping service. She is very interested in H2A payroll, so you never know what idea she may come up with.
Living the dream
When asked what the best thing was about working with NAC, she said…
“I enjoy the fact that NAC is very family oriented. Family is always first. If my children are sick or have something going on at school, there are no questions asked. If I do not have childcare, no problem. The kids can come to work with me.”
