Morgan was NAC’s first employee. She started in 2015, working part-time on her days off from the salon, as Morgan is a licensed cosmetologist. She started with the recruitment process placing newspaper ads and chasing down tear sheets. After the birth of her son, Morgan suspended her Cosmetology career and started working at NAC full time.

Morgan still works with the recruitment process; however she also deals with the manual process. She works with contracts including submitting your Spanish contract to CSI. Morgan assists Jenee with work issues. Regardless of what it is, Morgan is always willing to jump in and do whatever we need her to do. Morgan is #3 of the 4 sisters.

The Fam

Morgan and her husband Ryan, stay busy chasing after their 4 yeard old son Talon. Whether it’s soccer or karate they always seem to be on the move.

When not working or attending Talons events, Morgan likes to do DYI home renovation projects on the weekend, which in turn keeps Ryan on his toes. She is the families go to for crafts, balloon arches, creative ideas, and of course haircuts. They like to spend time at the NC Coast with Ryans family as well.

When asked what do you like best about working with NAC she answered.

Additionally, interacting with growers and being able to assist them effectively gives me a great sense of accomplishment.”
